Lusail City extends across an area of 38 square kilometres and includes four exclusive islands and 19 multi-purpose residential, mixed use, entertainment and commercial districts. Lusail development integrates with the National vision of 2030 where it equally fits with all four pillars (Human, Social, Economic and Environmental Development).
The city of the future can accommodate 200,000 residents and 170,000 employees; it will also welcome over 80,000 visitors. The total estimated capacity of Lusail will eventually reach 450,000 people. The city also includes numerous residential units, office buildings of various sizes, golf courses, shopping malls and hotels with different international star ratings, making it an element of attraction for investment in Qatar.
Mosanada FMS is responsible for ensuring that the Facility Management services in support of Lusail City are of a world class standard both in quality and availability. This includes a full Facility Managing Agent support service overseeing twenty (20) maintenance / support contracts as well as other services such as sustainability and environment impact support, health safety and support to small scale projects.
Mosanada have been responsible for developing the FM strategy for the city since 2015 and as the city grows, they continue to develop and implement more strategies for continuous improvement. Lusail City is expanding continually and the Mosanada support team continues to grow also.
