Mosanada was founded in 2013 and since our inception, Mosanada has been on a remarkable journey of growth, innovation, and unwavering commitment to excellence. Our history is a testament to the vision and dedication that have shaped us into the reputable company we are today.

Mosanada provides total Facility Management services in Qatar, from inception of build design through to disposal of the property. We have significant experience in setting up and handling large-scale, complex projects. Mosanada is the first FM business in the GCC to be accredited as an Institute of Workplace and Facilities Management (IWFM formerly BIFM) registered training centre.

We’re the Facility Management provider for Aspire Park, the country’s largest and most popular outdoor park. We also provide Facility Management services to Katara Cultural Village, Qatar’s largest and most multidimensional cultural project. Katara is a place where people can come together, to experience the cultures of the world. Beautiful theatres, concert halls, exhibition galleries and cutting-edge facilities make Katara a leader in multi-cultural activities.

We are delighted to win the Middle East Facilities Management Award 2015 for Education and Development Initiative of the Year. Our graduate training programme, initially developed for Qatari nationals supports our commitment to enhancing knowledge and providing career development opportunities, both for our own people and within the local community.

Mosanada FMS was responsible for the ensuring that the Facilities Management services in Lusail City were implemeted for the first time and are of a world class standard both in quality and availability. This includes a full Facilities Managing Agent support service overseeing the maintenance / support contracts as well as other services such as sustainability and nenvironment impact support, health safety and support to small scale projects.

In 2017, when QGBC announced the winners of the Qatar Sustainability Awards, two awards held special significance for Mosanada. The Ministry of Sports and Youth (MoSY), one of our clients, secured the 'Government Sustainability Initiative' Award, while Mosanada was honored with the 'Green Service Provider - FM' Award.

The Global Sustainability Assessment System (GSAS) is the first performance-based system in the MENA region, developed for rating buildings and infrastructure with respect to sustainability.
Mosanada aims to accredit facilities under GSAS Operations. The GSAS Operations certification is intended to label the sustainability performance of buildings in use, regardless of whether these buildings are GSAS (design/construction) certified or not. The GSAS Operations framework facilitates the auditing of the facility operations and tenants’ operating practices to assess the energy, water, waste, and indoor environment performance.

Mosanada is committed to being industry leading. All Soft Service staff within Mosanada FMS are trained through our British Institute of Cleaning Science (BICSc) portfolio of units, so we can implement, observe and ensure the quality output from our service partners to all clients.
Mosanada FMS have successfully been reaccredited as a BICSc assessment Centre since 2019 while providing an overview of site Term Contractors in sites throughout Qatar.

Despite the operational challenges posed by COVID-19 restrictions, the Mosanada Sports FM Events Team has remained consistently engaged in preparations for the 2022 FIFA World Cup Qatar™. Tasked with overseeing operations and management for more than 100 venues throughout the tournament, the team has been actively formulating workforce plans, conducting site and stadium familiarisation training, and enhancing event management processes. The Sports FM team has directed its efforts towards the delivery and planning of flagship events for Qatar and the Asian Football Confederation (AFC).

Mosanada takes great pride in contributing to the success of the inaugural edition of the Qatar Grand Prix held on 21 November. Since 2013, the Ministry of Sports and Youth (MOSY) has entrusted Mosanada with professional Facilities Management services for all major sporting facilities across Qatar. Notably, this includes the Lusail International Circuit, a venue hosting prestigious global events such as the Formula One Qatar Grand Prix and Grand Prix Motorcycle Racing.

We provide Facility Management services for all Sporting venues in Qatar including FIFA World Cup 2022, Ministry of Sports and Youth and the Aspire Zone.

We are a registered GSAS FM Service provider and GSAS accredited for operations of Facilities. Furthermore, our Specialist Consultancy provides advisory services to clients, delivery organisations and end users.

Mosanada Facilities Management Services and Arena Events have formed a Joint Venture to act as the Management Company for EXPO '23. This partnership leverages their collective expertise to deliver comprehensive management consultancy services. These services include the provision of high-quality manpower across various disciplines, strategic project management, commercial management, overlay management, participant services, marketing, communication, activations, and Quality, Health, and Safety Management.
