Robert Awadat is an industry veteran with over 28 years of experience in Facilities Management, Construction Management, Maintenance Management, Supply Chain Management, Strategic Planning, Reliability Engineering and Program Management. Robert is now responsible for leading the delivery of FM services at Katara Cultural Village Project.
Before joining Mosanada, Robert served as Regional Facilities Operations Director of the MENA region for GE Oil & Gas, where he supervised facilities, construction, contracts, performance, compliance, safety, and risk management for several multi-million-dollar projects.
He began his career in 1991 in the United States where he served as an HVAC design engineer with NASA and has since held varying roles in different industry sectors, including regional Maintenance manager for FedEx, and Data Center Infrastructure Director with Verizon. Robert holds a bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering from Mississippi State University.
