Eng. Hamad Landan Al Muhannadi is the Director of Support Services at the Qatar Olympic Committee and is also a member of the Organizing Committee for Hosting International and Regional Sporting Events. He was vice president of the Central Municipal Council at its fifth session, overseeing much of the council's work on planning, the economic and social aspects of municipal affairs and agriculture, as well as working on plans for its development at the state level.Eng. Hamad has over 16 years' experience in project management, developing many sports clubs and cultural and social centers, as well as many initiatives dealing with community service and social work.

He received his bachelor’s degree in civil engineering in 2003.
