We exclusively offer in-depth and specialised Training & Development programs tailored for the dynamic realm of Facility Management (FM). Supported by a team of seasoned experts and a dedication to elevating skills, expertise, and effectiveness, we enable both individuals and teams to achieve excellence in FM methodologies.
Mosanada has established Training Academy in 2015 to serve the group’s nearly 1000 staff and provide education and workshops to enhance the knowledge, skills, and performance of all departments within the organisation. The Academy has been identified as a critical element essential to ensuring staff are at the forefront of their area of expertise, in line with the company’s Business Transformation Program.
A range of leadership, soft skills, customer handling and technical training courses are being provided to the individuals and collective teams with opportunities for professional growth and interpersonal skills development.
Graduate Training Programme
Facility Management was relatively new to the country, so Mosanada took ambitious steps to educate Qatari citizens in the field. By training Qatari nationals in FM, Mosanada’s legacy has been to establish a culture of best practice among the country’s future FM professionals. We have trained over 45 Qatari nationals to bring FM best practice to the country’s government and private sector for years to come. These programmes continue to be successful.
IWFM Training Programme
We are the region’s first FM provider to be accredited as a training 'Recognised Centre' by the Institute of Workplace and Facilities Management. This is consistent with our mission for learning and career development, which aims to promote FM excellence through employee development of the highest quality.
