David has over 30 years of experience within the services industry working with some key blue-chip companies such as Microsoft where he was FM Country Manager for the Republic of Ireland and the Channel Islands, Serco, State Street Bank, and Diageo (As Utilities Manager at the famous Dublin Guinness Facility).

Before moving into the FM industry David worked internationally within such diverse industries as Electrical Engineering, Offshore Petrochemical Platforms, Wastewater Treatment Plants, Data Communications, Construction, and Heavy Utilities.

He joined Mosanada in 2015 to work with the Senior Management Team on the Aspire Zone Project, progressing on to Project Director responsible for the managing agent team supporting Utilities and infrastructure services at the Lusail City Project on behalf of Qatari Diar.

David holds a BSc in Electrical Engineering from the College of Technology Kevin Street Dublin and is a Certified Member of the Institute of Workplace and Facilities Management.
