Doha, Qatar – 4 February 2026 – Reference is made to the cash dividend relating to the financial year ended 31 December 2024, as previously disclosed in the listing prospectus of Mosanada Facilities Management Services Q.P.S.C. (the “Company”). The dividend amounts to QAR 0.60 per share, representing an aggregate amount of QAR 42 million, and will be payable to shareholders registered as at the close of trading on 8 February 2026.
The dividend was approved by shareholders at the Company’s Constitutive General Assembly held on 17 November 2025, prior to the Company’s listing on the Main Market of Qatar Stock Exchange on 15 December 2025.
The cash dividend will be distributed through Edaa in accordance with the applicable rules and procedures.
