Paul Douglas-Fleet
Paul Douglas-Fleet serves as the Chief Financial Officer of Mosanada and is responsible for overseeing the Company’s financial strategy, performance and governance framework, as well as supporting the Board and senior executive management in the delivery of the Company’s strategic and growth objectives.
Paul has over 17 years’ experience in senior finance and executive leadership roles across the facilities management, industrial, and professional services sectors.
He has held senior executive and finance roles at a privately owned facilities maintenance group, serving as Group Finance Director before being appointed Chief Executive Officer, with responsibility for strategy, operations, board management, acquisitions, and overall financial performance. Prior to this, Paul held senior finance roles at internationally focused businesses, where he played a key role in major corporate transactions, financial transformation initiatives, and global expansion. Earlier in his career, he trained and progressed through audit and advisory roles at Deloitte.
Paul is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales and holds a First Class Honours degree in Mathematics from the University of Liverpool, where he graduated top of his cohort and received academic awards and scholarships for outstanding academic achievement. Paul is also a Certified Member of the Institute of Workplace and Facilities Management.
